Canyon State Inspection Inc.'s structural steel and welding special inspection program dates back to 1984. CSI provides fabrication and construction site weld inspections, ultrasonic, high strength bolting, welding procedures, welder operator certification, materials verification, x-ray (isotope, digital), magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant test methods on a wide variety of construction projects such as low, mid and high rise buildings, schools, sports arenas, telecommunication towers, etc. We also provide coating inspections including paint thickness (wet & dry), holiday detection, and sprayed applied fire resistant materials (fireproofing) tests. 

Canyon State Inspection Inc. personnel are certified, by test, through the American Welding Society's (AWS) CWI program, International Code Council (ICC) Special Inspector-Structural Steel and Welding program and ICC Special Inspector-Sprayed Applied Fire Resistant Materials program. Personnel are also certified, by test, through the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A.
